Winter Wonderland

For the entire month of December, both kindergarten groups worked extremely hard on a winter wonderland diorama. We were lucky enough to win a Halloween themed diorama thanks to Vera. The children loved it and wanted to create their own. From the beginning of December they worked on it day after day. They spent many hours in of the day measuring out sticks for the roof of Santa's workshop. They created furniture and carpet for inside the workshop. They built Santa's sleigh, reindeer and toy box. They even added in a hockey rink with stadium type seats. Two gingerbread houses as well. They are extremely proud of what they were able to build and are now thinking of the next huge diorama that they would like to create. Enjoy the process through some photos.
